Doremus Family Military Veterans of Wars and Conflicts
Wars and Conflict have played a significant part in America's
history. To that end and as a Veteran, the following list,
though not complete, may provide some insight to the chronology and number of
conflicts that have affected the Doremus Family History.
I consider just as "Patriotic" the 'opposers' of war as those who have 'armed'
in war.
The 'opposers of war' and the 'armed', each in their own way
have attempted to protect and Preserve
"Home, Family and Country."
Do not Romanticize _the
conflict, Rejoice _its Survival _and Honor _those who have
Served.
